The Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) is a popular University in the city of Darbhanga, Bihar, India. Darbhanga is 2nd big medical and educational hub of the state of Bihar. The University was established in the month of August 1972 by an Ordinance of the Government of Bihar subsequently enacted through legislatures. The vice-chancellor of the University is Dr. S.P. Singh.
The Lalit Narayan Mithila University initially started functioning from the Mohanpur House but after some time the campus of the University was shifted to Raj Darbhanga. The territorial jurisdiction of the University covers the four districts of Bihar state. These four districts are Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur and Begusarai. The University is affiliated with many colleges. The University offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a variety of subjects.
The University provides the under graduation and post graduation degree courses in various disciplines like as BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc and other degree courses. The University conducts UG and PG examination every year. These examinations conducts in the month of March and April and their result will be declared in the month of May and June. As well as the University will announce any results 2013 then we will update here.
